Every day, families in the bush walk to the community borehole hoping for clean water—but what they find is disappointment. The pump takes five to ten minutes just to release a trickle, and when the water finally comes, it’s dirty. This one borehole is meant to serve over 100 people. Mothers wait with buckets, children grow restless in the sun, and farmers watch their crops wither as their hope dries up. The water is not safe to drink, and yet it’s all we have.
This broken borehole doesn’t just mean thirst—it means children can’t bathe, crops fail in the fields, and sickness spreads where there should be life. We need urgent help. Either this well must be repaired, or a new one must be drilled to restore health and dignity to this community. With your help, we can bring clean water back to the bush—and with it, the chance to grow, thrive, and live with dignity again
